1. Send your request

Email gotoxqc@gmail.com with the subject “Mendax account deletion”.

No email app opens? Copy gotoxqc@gmail.com into your preferred email service and use the subject above.

Please include:

The email or sign-in method linked to your Mendax account, if any.
Your in-app user or device identifier, if you can access it. If you cannot, say so and describe how you previously accessed the app.
Whether you want the whole account and associated data deleted, or are asking about particular data.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, sign-in tokens or full payment details. Avoid attaching screenshots that show unrelated personal information.

2. Verify the account

We need to establish account ownership before deleting data. We may reply to ask for additional non-secret information that helps us identify and verify the account. An identifier alone is not proof of ownership. If you no longer have account access, explain that in your request so we can assess the available verification options.

We review requests individually and will tell you if more information is needed or if a retention requirement limits what can be removed. We do not promise a fixed completion time on this page. You can follow up using the same email thread.

If your app’s account screen offers a delete-account option, you can also use it there. Its availability depends on your current account state; email remains an option if you cannot reach it.

3. Understand what changes

Account data removed

The account-deletion process removes server-side account records and associated gameplay sessions, questions and turns, clues, progress, scores, refresh tokens, entitlements, subscription access records and account-linked feedback and logs. You lose access to that account and its game progress and entitlements.

Records that may remain

Order records are retained for transaction reconciliation and disputes with the account reference replaced, rather than the full transaction being erased. Submitted case content may remain with its creator account reference replaced. Records needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes may also be retained.

Third-party analytics and diagnostics, backups and local device copies are not necessarily removed by the app’s server-side account deletion. We assess related data requests separately and explain applicable limits. Contact us about any specific record you want addressed. Cancel subscriptions separately.

Uninstalling Mendax or deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future renewal, manage it in Google Play subscriptions with the Google account used to buy it. Account deletion is not a refund request.
