The ground rules.

1. Using Mendax

Mendax is a fictional detective game operated by Tianyi Software. These terms describe use of the app and mendax.tecdao.com. Use the service only if you meet the applicable age and account requirements shown by Google Play and the laws that apply to you.

You may use Mendax for personal entertainment. Do not misuse account access, bypass purchase checks or limits, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or submit another person’s private information without permission. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Fiction, evidence and AI

Characters, dialogue and cases are entertainment. AI-generated responses can contain mistakes, inconsistencies or inappropriate material. They are not statements about real people, professional advice or evidence for real-world decisions. Evaluate answers against the game’s clues rather than treating them as reliable facts.

Online interrogation and other server-backed features require connectivity and available services. Content, free-play limits and features may change. This website does not guarantee access in every region, uninterrupted service or a particular case outcome.

Do not enter passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential material in questions. See our privacy policy for how gameplay input and other data are processed.

3. Optional purchases and subscriptions

Mendax may offer free play, one-time case unlocks, consumable turn packs and an auto-renewing monthly membership. The available offer, included benefits, regional price and billing terms shown in the app and Google Play checkout apply to your purchase. A one-time purchase is not a subscription; consumable turns are used as you play. See Pricing & purchases for the categories.

Membership renews automatically unless cancelled through Google Play. Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Use Google Play subscriptions with the account that purchased it to view renewal dates and manage cancellation.

Refunds are handled under Google Play’s applicable process and your legal rights. Deleting an account does not itself request a refund. Contact support if a verified purchase has not provided the expected access.

4. Accounts, deletion and service access

Account features and sign-in methods depend on the options available in your app. Device-based access is tied to a device identifier; do not assume that uninstalling, clearing app storage or changing devices preserves progress. Keep access to the sign-in method associated with your account.

You can request account and associated-data deletion by following the account deletion instructions. Deletion removes account access and associated progress and entitlements; retained transaction and submitted-content records are described there. Cancel any subscription separately if you do not want it to renew.

We may restrict access when needed to investigate misuse, security issues or unlawful activity. If you think a restriction is incorrect, email us so we can review it.

5. Content, rights and contact

The Mendax name, app and supplied creative content belong to their respective rights holders. Access to the game does not transfer ownership of that content. Do not redistribute protected game assets without permission. If you submit content, you must have the right to provide it; it will be processed as needed to operate the feature you use.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you experience a problem, contact Tianyi Software at gotoxqc@gmail.com with a description so we can investigate.

We may update these terms as Mendax changes. The date above identifies the current version on this website.
